How Rich Are You PH is a free educational tool that estimates where a user's self-reported household income ranks among Philippine households, using data published by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA). The Service provides statistical estimates and income class benchmarks for informational and educational purposes only.

3. Not Financial Advice

The results generated by this Service are statistical estimates only and do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or any professional advice of any kind. We are not licensed financial advisors. For personalized financial guidance, please consult a qualified professional.

4. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to use accurate, up-to-date data sourced from PSA FIES 2023 and NEDA classification frameworks, we make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the data or results provided. Income distribution data changes over time, and the Service may not reflect the most current figures.

5. User Conduct

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Attempt to access, scrape, or harvest data from the Service by automated means
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Transmit any malicious code or content that could disrupt or damage the Service

6. Intellectual Property

All original content, design, and code in the Service — excluding the underlying PSA FIES data which is publicly owned — is the intellectual property of How Rich Are You PH. You may share your individual results but may not reproduce or redistribute substantial portions of the Service without permission.

The Service uses third-party tools including Google Analytics (for usage analytics) and Google AdSense (for advertising). These services have their own privacy and data practices — please refer to their respective policies. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements displayed via AdSense.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, How Rich Are You PH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
